Fitness, nutrition and overall wellness has been a central part of my life for the last two decades. My passion came about from having played multiple sports growing up. When I found myself in the USA National Rugby Team squad I needed to understand the details behind living a healthy and fit life more so. 

Since then I have acquired my Personal Training Level 2 and 3 qualifications and also my Diploma in Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. 

My ethos is that living a healthy life leads to a more energised and fulfilled one. The improved positivity one gets from this means a happier outlook on life which naturally knocks on to others and thus makes a better planet for everyone. 

It is about making small, consistent life long changes rather than trying for a quick wholesale change that is unlikely to last. Whilst all the time having fun with the improvements.
